- Provide your Pixel Gun 3D account information securely
- Our team will verify your payment
- Items will be added to your account
- You will receive a confirmation message on Discord
3. Account Requirements
To receive your items, you must:
- Provide accurate Pixel Gun 3D account credentials
- Ensure your account is accessible and not banned
- Have sufficient account level (if applicable)
- Not change your password during the delivery process
4. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect account information provided
- Account security issues
- High order volume
- Technical difficulties with Pixel Gun 3D servers
- Payment verification requirements
Refund Policy
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Items were not delivered within 72 hours of purchase
- Wrong items were delivered

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
